Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date and will be refunded from 7-14 days
• Seasonal items (Ramadan, etc) are open for checkups only no return after courier leaves

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for both returns and exchanges.
• Cost of returning / exchangingproducts are 100 LE
